Dermal Fillers are a popular and versatile anti-ageing injectable treatment that plumps, volumises and lifts the skin leaving it smooth, contoured and youthful. With instant results and no down-time, it’s easy to understand why it’s one of our most popular anti-ageing treatments.
From the age of 25, we begin to lose volume in our face. Our levels of collagen and Hyaluronic acid decrease, resulting in this loss of volume. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the skin. TK Aesthetics only use dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid because of its natural hypo-allergenic properties. Dermal fillers can be used to plump and firm depleted areas of the face reducing visible lines and wrinkles. Dermal filler is most commonly used on the mid to lower face around the cheeks, lips and jawline area.
WHAT TO EXPECT
RESULTS CAN LAST UP TO 12-18 MONTHS
Dermal Filler procedures last approximately 20-30 minutes. Anaesthetic cream is applied to numb the chosen area and minimise discomfort of the procedure.
The majority of people require no downtime following these procedures and can return to work and normal activities the same day.
Some basic post-procedure instructions apply.
Swelling is very common and lasts 5-7 days post procedure. Results are visible immediately following injection. Further improvements are seen over the next 7 days as the filler integrates and hydrates the area.
Results can be expected to last up to 12-18 months.

LIP ENHANCEMENT - 0.5 ml - £120 | 1ml - £170
Lip Filler is an instant way to enhance the appearance of your lips. Hyaluronic acid filler can be used in a variety of ways to enhance the structure of the lip. Filler adds volume and plumps up thin lips, corrects asymmetry or can enhance and define the cupids bow. At TK Aesthetics we believe less is more – that’s why we use delicate amounts of filler to build your perfect pout over a couple of sessions.
*Lips are one of the more sensitive areas we enhance with filler. Filler can cause sensitivity, swelling and sometimes bruising. It is important for clients to consider recovery time and any upcoming social events before they have a lip enhancement procedure. If you are prone to cold sores you may experience a breakout – this will be further discussed in your consultation.
Nasolabial Filler -1ml - £200 | 2ml - £350
Lines stretching from the corner of the nose to the side of the mouth are known as the nasolabial folds. These lines are usually produced as a result of years of smiling combined with volume loss in the cheeks and mid face. The lines are very easily treated with dermal fillers and can be softened quite dramatically after just one session.
Perioral Sculpting -1ml - £200
Lines above and below the lips which are visible when at rest are often best treated with dermal filler. Linear threads of filler are placed carefully, close to the vermillion boards of the lip to fill static lines and create the appearance of a more youthful, wrinkle free perioral area.
Cheek Augmentation - 1ml - £250 | 2ml - £350
This procedure involves injecting the dermal filler into the cheeks below the natural cheek fat pads to add structure or replace lost volume caused by ageing. In younger clients, we use cheek filler to enhance the cheekbones. We inject high-density dermal filler creating a sharper more defined contour to the cheeks and more noticeable cheekbones giving a more youthful and attractive appearance. Another common use for cheek filler is to restore volume loss. Dermal filler replaces mid-facial volume loss which causes sagging of the lower face. By replacing the lost midfacial fat with high-density dermal filler, the cheeks are lifted as well as structures below such as lower face jowls, nasolabial lines and marionette lines.
